The 21st November sees me on the South East Asian scene again, with Vietnamese style chicken. More a soup than a stew, it’s fragrant with lime, coconut and subtle spices. I can do a fish or veggie version if you prefer. Choose either Jasmine Rice or Noodles to complete the meal. £8.00pp.

Here's quick glimpse of this week's Cookisto dish - which is Braised Pork with new potatoes, garnished with soured cream and fresh dill slowly maturing on the hob.
I'm also putting in a sneaky cabbage and caraway salad with shavings of pickled cucumbers... come on, where else are you going to get such a cracking takeaway in North Herts? Or anywhere else for that matter?
